He is the author of 7 books on web design and ecommerce, and has acted as a technical reviewer on many more, including Apress’ Definitive Guide to Drupal 7.
Richard has advised clients including NHS Choices, City & Guilds, the University of Edinburgh and the Scottish Government and helped them maximise their use and understanding of web technologies.
Richard loves to share his passion for the web and digital, and spoke regularly at local technical groups, and founded many including Magento North East and WordPress North East – some of these are still in action to this day!
